Kick things off by letting us know which Care Plan package works best for you – whether it’s a monthly or an annual plan.
Once invoice has been paid and the agreement signed two things will happen:
- Send us an email of any updates you need us to take care of. Most edits are completed within 24 hours.
- We'll conduct routine maintenance, such as updating all software, themes and plugins, creating off-site backups, security scans, uptime monitoring, and a comprehensive review on the front-end to ensure everything is working properly. We'll continually do this throughout the duration of your Care Plan. Lastly, we'll send monthly reports so you know exactly what we've done.
We typically only offer maintenance plans on websites that we have built. If you’d like to use one of our plans, reach out and we’ll take a look at your back-end to determine if we’d be a good fit.
Your website will be monitored throughout the month with a careful eye. We’ll include specific updates we made, the testing we did, performance optimizations we made, results of malware and security scans, and more. Everything will be detailed in a monthly report sent directly to your inbox.
Included in our plans are everything from core software updates (WP versions, plugins, themes) to spam management to performance scans to security monitoring to user experience optimizations.
No, you aren’t locked into a long-term contract. However, we do have you sign an agreement outlining the terms of the plan. We provide flexible Care Plans so only pay for what you need, whether it’s a couple months throughout the year, annually or anything in-between. If you have an annual plan you may cancel your plan at any time (terms apply). Pick a plan that works best for you!
If you make a request for updates that we think will go over your allotted hours, we’ll alert you via email. We’ll include a quote for the additional work billed at our hourly rate.
