The Play Corner Project Details

Industry: Child Care

Location: North Carolina

Scope: Visual Identity + Stationery

About the company:

The Play Corner offers flexible, thoughtfully designed drop-in childcare that blends creativity, structure, and child-led exploration. With enriching activities, imaginative play, and a warm, welcoming environment, they create a space where both kids and parents can thrive.

The challenge:

The visual identity needed to feel kid-friendly without leaning overly childish — creating something playful and approachable while still feeling polished and trustworthy for modern parents. It was important to communicate flexibility, creativity, and support in a way that stood apart from traditional daycare branding.

What we did:

We created a playful yet polished brand direction that positions The Play Corner as a refreshing alternative to chaotic childcare environments. From the logo design, color palette, typography, iconography, and stationery, every detail was designed to emphasize warmth, structure, and creative exploration — helping build trust with parents while standing out from other centers that rely on overly cutesy or corporate branding.
